Chocolate Chip Banana Bread

I absolutely love this banana bread recipe, maybe its the agave nectar or maybe its the lemon juice; who knows, but whatever it is makes this bread delicious! When baking it, make sure it's cooked all the way through because I've had trouble with it looking very done on the outside, but the inside is still gooey.

Ingredients:
2 cups white whole wheat flour
1 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
3/4 teaspoons baking powder
1/3 cup skim milk
1 1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
1/3 cup agave nectar
1 1/2 Tablespoons lemon juice
2 cup tightly-packed, mashed banana
1/3 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
2. Mix together all wet ingredients until well combined. Mix in remaining dry ingredients until just combined. Do not over mix.
3. Pour into a greased loaf pan and cook for 50 minutes. (Tip: If the top is cooked but the inside is still gooey, put tin foil over the top and continue to cook.)
